I encountered several challenges during my stay. the remote control for the TV was outdated and didn't function properly, requiring assistance from the front desk. Additionally, the shower gel dispenser was empty, forcing me to use hand soap instead. Unfortunately, there was a lack of response from the front desk when I called for help, which was quite frustrating.

I just spent 4 nights in a Queen Room Hearing and Mobility Accessible Bathtub. Overall, I didn't hate my stay. The comfort was decent, and not much else stood out. Breakfast was okay, but the environment was a bit stale. 🌟

The location is unbeatable! ! Just around the corner from family and food spots! Staff was very pleasant and professional, kept our room tidy. A big shoutout to the manager who made us feel welcomed when we arrived early and let us check in right away!
